It would be helpful to be able to drag a document from “Scanned/Saved Documents” into an email. We save documents such as CDs and CPLs etc. and have to create a desktop folder to save the documents. It is not time efficient.
Add a print option the the CD and HUD screens similar to the print option in the new text description screen so users can generate CD or HUD without having to navigate to the document management screen.
Rather than leaving file screen to go to rolodex in order to update information. If we click on the name, the rolodex entry should pop-up on the screen an allow us to create or update an entry from there.
Populate closing dates from E-closing whiteboard directly to Outlook calendar so if closing date changes, the Outlook calendar is updated
We use outlook calendar for client meetings and closings. Sometimes we forget to update the Outlook calendar (one extra thing to think about) when closing dates change. We could avoid scheduling conflicts if E-closings could update our calendar.
It's very easy to create a new rolodex contact/company using the "New" buttons on Financial Info and Lender Info screens, but there's no duplicate prevention. And cleaning up duplicate contacts is only possible manually, one entry at a time. The m...
