Enhancements

Allow for scheduling report generation to receive emailed reports. Would like to be able to do this directly in the UI and not make a custom report request.

We like to send 1099 reports to our clients, but we have to individually go in and generate a 1099 report to do this and it is very time-consuming.

Add a check box on how clients (buyer/seller) prefer to be communicated with. Email, phone, text? This will allow us to serve our customers based on their preference.

Can you add the ability to change the color of the Note in the Notes tab?
