It would be helpful to have a place where deadlines could be calendared, such as deposit due dates, end of inspection periods, due dates for title commitment, and the loan approval deadline.

Duplicate / Existing Functionality
Would it be possible to provide us a notification when a party to a transaction accepts the portal invitation? That way we know that we can start using the secured messaging function, providing documents using secured communication, etc.
Fraud alert - it would be great if when we get Fraud alerts from our underwriters, if there was a way to input names and addresses somewhere in the system that would give a warning alert if we try to open a file with those names or addresses.
Is there a time frame for when ClosingVue is going to have the buyer/seller tabs updated to have an entity be the signor on behalf of another entity? I deal with this a lot and as of right now, the ClosingVue system is not user friendly for this.
Is there a way to have the system flag us if a file is being setting up and the name or address has been flagged by the title insurance underwriters for fraud?
Add Drop Down Menu on Financial Screen for Place of Closing
on the financial screen, it would be an asset to have a dropdown to add place of Closing so that when I prepare Seller documents on a Seller REP file that i am able to have the macros filled in with this information.
Can we get a quote generator so we can quickly and simply provide quotes for lenders and clients? We get multiple requests on a weekly basis and havinhg to create a dummy file to provide that is more tedious. Thank you!
