HOA proration screen add a place for description instead of standard

I often change the description of the standard HOA payment and I have to change it in two places for it to show on CD and escrow check.

After recent updates Word Documents now default to RTF not DOC

I would call this a correction but that is not an option: A few months ago after an update was rolled out, now when you chose to open a document in word it defaults to RTF (who uses that format) instead .doc please put it back to the way it was.

Clause Library

There are many clauses that need to be added to deeds and other documents that would be helpful if there were a library to pull them from and add to when we want something specific but common.

Please add more characters to description on payment screen (Need more than the 40 alloted)

This is useful because when we put a payoff we always say "Mortgage Payoff to.....and entity" or July 2023 Property Taxes to City of...." and there is not enough room in the description screen to do this.

slow population of buyer and seller information

for some reason the buyer and seller information section is VERY slow to populate when switching from one screen to another. Can this be programed to show up instantly like all other sections?

Can you default to 100 files to view on Whiteboard instead of going back to 25 each time you refresh

closing date and property address added to general information

The property address and closing date should be included at the top of the file summary under the general information section. The way it is set up now, it is not easy to see/differentiate from the rest of the text on the screen.
