We need a clear way for the Closer to see that a transaction is a Mail Away. Often this information is obtained early on, and when placed in Notes, the Note gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

If there is Probate, or if a Buyer or Seller is in a foreign Country, or some other situation that complicates a file, a clear alert needs to show next to the Seller or Buyer on the dashboard, alerting the Closer.

Cannot input exception rates for title premiums. This need sot be done from time to time on a case by case basis. We neeed to have the ability to do so.

It would be great if we could build/generate packages of barcodes like we can our closing packages. We use 7-10 barcodes at once when we put the file in, and 18-30 (depending if it is cash or financed) when we are scanning in our file post closing...

Please add the option to generate an amortization schedule to the program. FYI, other software competitors do offer this as part of their closing software.
