I would like to have it auto fill the Commitment Number.

In PA, there are additional fees for more than one tract/parcel, and for more than 4 names on a deed. Please add feilds to the 1200 HUD section/ E section of CD to include and calculate costs for number of parcels and additional names.

Currently there is an option to add a column for notes but it is the whole file notes. I'd like to have the option to just show us if there are notes tagged to that specific event and when you click on it see those.

Why not make a check box that automatically makes a line item payoff to the QI for sales of 1031 that way if the cash to seller changes it auto updates.
