Allowing the user to include a company as Trustee of seller Trust is useful for any closings where the Trustee is a company. At this time, all documents must be modified to include the company's name as Trustee.

Ability to email customer service with general questions that are not tied to particular file, or to multiple files.
There are times I need to ask about something not tied to a particular file, or to multiple files. These are not usually time sensitive, and an email would be easier than calling.
