It would be better if HUD1 Print Options was not a dropdown because you will need to select it every time and it does not take up much space on the page.
When creating a new file, the Credit Information screen should be in the automatic flow of screens (save and continue) since it is used with every file.
When adding Endorsements to the Title Policy screen, it would be helpful if those would be itemized separately on the CD / ALTA. We would still need remittance to be calculated on the total Title Insurance + Endorsement Fees, though.

It would be very helpful if we could drag documents from the doc module and drop them into a folder on our server/drive. Currently you have to open/view the document and then save it to your computer.

Toggle Trustee of Trust to allow a company as Trustee in addition to individuals
Allowing the user to include a company as Trustee of seller Trust is useful for any closings where the Trustee is a company. At this time, all documents must be modified to include the company's name as Trustee.
Sometimes the commission is split unevenly between buyer and seller, i.e. for the buyer's agent 1% is paid by buyer and 2% is paid by seller. This is not possible to split in the current set up.
Can a hyperlink be created that would allow for me to click on name (i.e. lender, broker) in order to pull up their contact information? Presently, you have to go to contacts, search, find the contact and then update.
It will allow me to update contacts more effectively, and MUCH more quickly/easily.
