Can you please allow the ability to change the HOA proration text to reflect the actual time frame? Currently, it's only showing as annual whereas we have many monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, etc dues since not all are annual.

Can we have a different color button that indicates that the file is balanced but there just remains consolidated checks/wires? I only do consolidated checks once a month and it would be nice to know my escrow is balanced after a close.
