Include the Lender's Closer on the File Summary Page
Right now we have to go into the Lender page for each file to see who the Closer is, it would be more helpful to have that on File Summary Page. Currently there is a place for an Originator and a Processor, which are rarely used.

Future Consideration
It would be great, if we could grant clients and customers access to our system to view notes and sent internal messages, HOWEVER, not be able to create new files as this causes tracking issues internally.
