Disable password protection when uploading docs

Many closing packages or docs come to us password protected and it would be very helpful to be able to remove it when uploading.

Searching and Creating Reports by Loan Officer

Instead of relying on the referral code feature, we should be able to pull reports based on loan officers that show revenue generated from that person.

Make it easier to do a title commitment

I would like it to be easier to do a title commitment. Can't the mortgage payoff recording information as well as the real estate taxes be automatically incorporated into the title commitment?
