We need a search bar. We have a lot of contacts under Lenders and Brokers. Being able to just search the name of the category and/or a specific person would make it so much easier and quicker.

The name of the attorney for seller or buyer does not appear on the Summary Page. It should appear under their seller or buyer name with their email and phone.

I don't know why the realtors emails work but the buyers and sellers do not, it would be so much easier then cutting and pasting that we could just click on the email and it work.

When using the Update and Print function to post a receipt, retain a copy as a scanned/saved document in order to more easily facilitate the sending of that item via either encrypted email or the portal.

The property address and closing date should be included at the top of the file summary under the general information section. The way it is set up now, it is not easy to see/differentiate from the rest of the text on the screen.
