Can the File# be reflected at the top of screen on each tab, so when a file is open and on a tab other than main file screen, it will help to be sure working in correct file.

Make it easier to do a title commitment

I would like it to be easier to do a title commitment. Can't the mortgage payoff recording information as well as the real estate taxes be automatically incorporated into the title commitment?

Create addressed envelopes from Escrow Accounting

It would be really helpful to be able to print addressed envelopes directly from the Escrow Accounting screen when disbursing funds.

Run Report per closer instead of just team

Running a weekly report per closer and not just per team. There is not an easy way to split closings.

Sending Documents

I wish there was a way to combine all the documents together so, when I send a closing package, it shows as ONE package/link to my closer.
