In my area we have a School Tax period that runs from July 1st - June 30th and it would be nice if that was an option in the Payment Schedule of the Tax Amounts and Proration.

In PA, there are additional fees for more than one tract/parcel, and for more than 4 names on a deed. Please add feilds to the 1200 HUD section/ E section of CD to include and calculate costs for number of parcels and additional names.

Qualia allows you to fill in the check memo area with information ie. insurance loan number / last name or whatever you'd like that prints on the check more professionally than adding it on the check once printed. Is this proprietary to Qualia? Or...
