PINNED Add a notification when you recieve an Order in the notifications section

When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?

Justify

I would like for the requirements, exceptions and legal to be justified in the commitments. Would also like to see spaces between each line to more easily find mistakes while typing.

Title Premiums added to CD

Currently you can select to charge the Title Premiums to Buyer or Seller. Most of our file the Title Premium is split evenly between the two. Can you add a split button to the choices?

An alert as soon as your file is out of balance

I would like to know the moment my file is out of balance, not just when I go into escrow accounting
