Separate events list to "completed" and "outstanding"
It would be lovely to know at a glance when something has been completed vs needs to be completed. Now the events list just says it needs to be done but at a glance that doesn't necessarily mean that it hasn't already been done or is just not yet ...
A task or event that we can use when holding money in escrow after the file closes that we can run to see what files are holding money. We just started using check writing so we are talking pre check writing files
Is there a way to have the Town Hall for each property show up as a shipping label option? We have to send documents out to town halls to record documents (especially Rhode Island).
Quick Filter & Ability to Pull Report by Title Processor or Attorney
We assign files using the title processor feature. It would be great to be able to pull a report of files currently assigned to a specific title processor or attorney.
Instead of relying on the referral code feature, we should be able to pull reports based on loan officers that show revenue generated from that person.
Can the File# be reflected at the top of screen on each tab, so when a file is open and on a tab other than main file screen, it will help to be sure working in correct file.
I would like it to be easier to do a title commitment. Can't the mortgage payoff recording information as well as the real estate taxes be automatically incorporated into the title commitment?
