Some clients prefer a text message over a phone call.

For example, if we would like to send an introduction email to our buyer, we could generate an email with repeated verbiage so it doesn't have to be typed out every time. This would definitely save some time. Or even when emailing an estoppel letter.

I would like to see the option for the user to auto reproject subsequent events once a prior event has been reprojected.
