I think it would be of great value to add the capability for all parties in the transaction to be able to login and quickly answer all the necessary information. Of course you can upload a word doc with the questions and the party to the transaction would have to save and upload. However, you might loose with that approach. It has to quick and easy. If a party to the transaction is able to click through the questions, answer and then hit send is a winner. Thanks
