Abbreviate the payee in the Closing Disclosure/HUD entry page

In my previous software, when entering the Lender, Title Company, etc. in the CD/HUD, I was able to simply type a one letter abbreviation then tab out and it would input that payee automatically versus typing out lender, company, etc. Example: L then tab for Lender, M then tab for Mortgage Broker, T for "This Company", R1 or R2 for Realtor, etc.
