Instead of having to scroll through all Rolodex entries to find one, an alphabet search option at the top of the page that would allow you to click on a letter and then take you to the first entry with that letter. For example if you click on 'R' in the Real Estate Broker Rolodex it would take you to the first 'R' in your list.
