RELATED IDEAS

Put a message tab on the file dashboard. This will allow us to see all incoming and outgoing messages in the file rather than going to a global inbox.

    Hello

    In the top bar, yes that is the Global Messages, however there are a handful of Envelopes on the File Summary screen which you can click on to initiate a new message or read ones pertaining to that file.
