When your Purpose on the Financial Information page under General Information is Construction, you should be able to change Page 3 of CD to Use Payoffs and Payments Section. Currently when I have a construction loan I have to choose Refinance as the Purpose to get this pull down on CD to work.

There is a Loan Purpose called Construction Refinance. If you use this purpose you do have the option on the CD to show Payoffs and Payments.
