When set up in the back office, certain event(s) will be automatically generated when you mark an event as complete in a given checklist. The schedule function in checklists can be modified for this. Additionally, when inside the file a pop-up menu will appear that will allow you to select which events will be generated (or none at all) if there are multiple tied to a singular event.
Closing teams will be able to work on more files efficiently with less worry about monitoring them closely if this is implemented. This will help streamline the workflow of closings by allowing closing teams to better assign tasks or sections of closing to an individual person and then prompt the next member(s) to start their tasks without the need for a third-party tool. There is already an option to notify specific members assigned when an event has been modified or completed, so then it should be possible to notify those same members with a list of events that were generated as a result of one being completed.
