Please look into making the closing portal for users more user friendly. at the moment it really does not work much. There should be the following added:
if our title co does not represent both seller and buyer who does?
closing date
sections for notes from both company and client- meaning the user can see a note we share for example file on hold for xyz and client could also note the file
lender contact info
portal home page should have an option for client to view active or closed files currently tehy are all together in one page

Thank you. We are working on updating the Closing Portal and making enhancements. The Close Date does already pull through, however. We will certainly keep these other enhancements in mind when we work on it!
