It would be useful if when you order an update to title search under Maintain File, Property Information page, that it reflected the Update was ordered and the date it was ordered.
Thank you for your feedback. Some underwriters have product order updates and others do not. In the cases where they do allow for an update to be ordered through the integration we do show those orders on the property info page. However, some of the integrations only allow notes to be added (and that is how an update is requested), in those cases it's not a new order which is why it does not show on the page. We are always continuing to enhance our integrations and as those services become available through the integrations they can be added.
