Allow documents to be automatically updated without having to draft documents multiple times with multiple edits. Whatever is updated in CV should automatically be updated in the drafted documents saved. It is possible. Other closing software programs have this feature.

We are working on some enhancements on the new Commitment and Policy Screen where information from the file will automatically update if data changes in the file, however you will need to regenerate the forms.
We also will look in to an enhancement on Document Management where you can show/hide older copies of saved documents.
However, we will not automatically update saved documents for two reasons. One, many people like to have version control, seeing when that form was updated and the state it had previously been in and two, once the documents are generated, the tags are converted to data and we cannot update them once they have been generated and saved.

Yes - this is so important! Because even if I delete a document template, it still shows up when I need to select a document for the packages. To add - the deleted docs can be archived with a slider to show/hide archived docs. I don't need to see 150 deleted docs when trying to find the correct one!
