When a listing agent or selling agent calls to discuss their open files, it would be helpful to be able to search by broker/agent so that we can quickly pull up their files without having to ask for a property address, seller/buyer name, etc. Although it is unrealistic for an agent to expect our team to remember all details of every open file, it IS expected and we would like to keep up with that illusion by being able to quickly access their files without asking a lot of redundant questions.

You can add Listing Broker/Agent and/or Selling Broker/Agent as a column on your Whiteboard and then use the Advanced Filters to easily and quickly filter just their files out. Would that work?
