Tags for onstruction loan draw requests and endorsements

As construction progresses lender will advance addition funds up to the face amount of the construction loan. AS draws are taken the lender requests title updates and a draw endorsement which reflects basic information relating to the lender's policy (no problem) and
Date of the Draw
Amount of the Draw
Amount of Total Draws to Date
These fields may change 5 or more times during the life of the construction loan.

Suggestion:

E-Closing might want to consider providing a “wild card” fillable form with associated tags.

Allow the user to name their own field….

e.g.

User Designated Field #1 <<wildcardfill#1>>

User Designated Field #2 <<wildcardfill#2>>

User Designated Field #3 <<wildcardfill#3>>

User Input Page:

Construction Draw Date November 6, 2023

Construction Draw Amount $120,000.00

Construction Draws To Date $425,000.00

(all fields would be user defined and editable as needed)

Date and amounts tagged for insertion into appropriate document(s) and location(s).

This addition could address other user defined specialty fields not already addressed in e-Closing.
