Currently, we use the ReQuire integration for release tracking. When the file is open and being processed a team member goes into a file, then Maintain File, Payoff Information. When you select a mortgage that we are paying off, our team puts in the recording information from when that mortgage was taken out.
At time of post-closing our team goes to Payoff Information and selects 'Send to ReQuire'. This sends it to ReQuire for discharge tracking automatically which is awesome!
The part that would next level the experience is when ReQuire confirms discharge on record with recording info, instead of sending an email to the E-Closing user who sent to ReQuire, if it auto-populated the discharge recording info into the file, into the box marked Discharge Status in the payoff screen.
