Or, why not add a button next to the lender disbursement that is a "one-click" net escrow so all items are automatically moved - then, the non netted items can be manually removed from the net.
It would be nice to be able to set a default to Net Fund all fees for a Lender. Maybe in the Rolodex, so we set it once for that lender and never have to choose it again.
