It would be awesome if you could create customizable checklist categories to better organize checklist items. For example if a user could establish an Accounting category, checklist items such as "payoffs sent" could be nested under that category or under a post closing category, a checklist item such as "docs returned to lender" could be nested. The ability to make the checklists look more organized will improve efficiency for us end users!
