Setting up HUD and CD defaults should be much easier. We should be able to create a set of defaults and have it work properly, without having to worry about what defaults there were previously and how those defaults get pulled in and could make duplicates on new defaults. We should be able to 'discontinue' a set a defaults so everyone knows those are no longer in use for new files, perhaps even this 'discontinue' feature would communicate to the system not to pull in those defaults on new files. All forms of HUD and CD should have option to create defaults.
