When choosing a monthly proration, it would be nice to enter the monthly fee and have it copy that amount to the 12 fields. Instead we often have to do a bit of math, enter the total and then it is divided by 12 to the fields. We are often sent the monthly amount, not yearly, so it would save a little time.
I do agree. It would be so much simpler that once the Payment Schedule is selected, we just have to input the amount that needs to be prorated. The yearly automatic requirement in completely unnecessary.
The pro ration screen is the worse screen I have ever used in over 40 years
Typically HOA/Condo dues are paid monthly. ECDT requires to put a yearly amount and then hit monthly to get the exact monthly amount. This make no sense. I now have to go to another devise (calculator) to use your program.
I have worked with many closing programs and ALL allow you to put in the monthly amount. I have never had to use a program PLUS a calculator. This is a big waste of time
