Electronically Marked up Commitment

It would be amazing if we had the ability to link the "Action" dropdown to the final policy or Text Description fields. So that if the "Action" field of an encumbrance or exception is not adjusted, then it pulls through to the final policy/text description fields. And also be able to generate a "marked up" commitment so that clients can see which items will be removed when the policy is issued. Happy to provide examples of what I'm thinking.
