It would be nice to have the ability to template the email notification that goes out when an event is complete. As far as I can tell, at the moment, the software sends a notification via email telling the recipient they have a notification in e-closing. Thus making them log into the portal to see the notification. I would like to at least have the ability to control what that notification email says upon the completion of a particular event. For example "Title Work Has Been Received!" That way, the recipient can knows what's going on without having to log in.
