I can't drag and drop a file FROM eclosing, once saved in the file, into an email in outlook for some reason. The ability to do that would be very helpful. I dont like that I have to open the saved document from the whiteboard, save it to my desktop as a pdf so that I can send it in an email, or I have to send it using the e-closing emails. The e-closing is only limited ot theemails in the system, and if there is a different contact, I need to send email using outlook. In fact, most of our communications go through outlook. So once I save a file into the database, if I need to send it to someone who is asking for it, who isnt in the system, I have to open it, download it, save it, then drag and drop it into the email.
Is the reason e-closing won't implement this because it's proprietary to Qualia? I've been using eclosing for years and when I used Qualia for a while I saw this feature to be very helpful and avoided clogging up system with multiple saved docs when they constantly change. This should be reconsidered.
