When working on the escrow accounting screen and netting out lender fees for example, the expected funds dont seem to automatically update. I've had this happen a number of times thinking something was wrong and all it required was hitting F5 to refresh the browser. In this day and age it should update automatically so we dont loose changes (same with editing the descriptions for disbursement) they dont always seem to save. Eclosing should have a consistent experience across each module or screen you are working on.
