In LENDER screen please please please display MORTGAGEE CLAUSE beneath the lender name, even if it is in non-editable format. This will ensure that when the title order is entered, the mortgagee clause matches the title requirement. Right now, the system will generate incorrect title commitments and CPLs that are not evident until after the lender points out there is a change or an error. Some might say the mortgagee clause does not change after it is entered. Not true. Many lenders require DIFFERENT mortgagee clauses dependent upon whether the loan is conventional, FHA, VA, etc. so it would really help to display this so that it can be made correct on the first attempt.
