A middle initial field would allow us to include the middle initial from the title order without having to remove it when we create files using the first name. It would save a considerable amount of time.
Currently, you can add the middle initial to the end of the first name field and this works for most people. This would be more involved than just adding a field, as it would involve updates to all of the integrations, documents etc.

I enter the middle initial in the first name field and it works great for me. I do not have a reason for it to be a separate field.
