Add Rolodex to Buyer and Seller sections so repeat buyer/seller info can be pulled straight from the Rolodex without having to re-enter the information.

This is helpful when you have repeat buyers or sellers. I know we are able to make a "master file" to copy from but it would be much simpler to just have the rolodex option to pull the information.
