If a Relocation company is associated with the file, then you frequently have the several companies and contacts involved. You have the Relocation client who refers the order to you and to whom you normally send the upfront title work, you have the Record Owner, and you have the Relocation company that is going to be named as the Seller on the third party sale who may or may not take title to the property. There is frequently a Title contact, an Equity contact, a Deed package contact, and a Closing contact.

Thank you for your idea. We do have in the new ClosingVue, Third Party Participants, in which you can add additonal people to be able to contact in the file, but they don't appear on documents. This may be a good use case for what you are looking for.
