We close mostly commercial loans. Many of those loans are "Adjustable" as opposed to "Variable". We need to add to the Interest Type drop-down on the Financial Information screen and option for Adjustable. In addition, because it is adjustable, we need a place to put in the 1st rate change and then a 2nd rate change. We should be able to select the number of adjustments, what dates those adjustments occur, and the index plus percentage of increase.
