Our firm deals with both Condo Associations and HOAs, so I had E-Closing add the HOA category in our Rolodex company types. When opening a new order, the property screen dropdown for Assoc. Name only allows you to pull from the Condo Association entries. Because not all properties fall under a Condo Association, all title agencies would benefit from the availability of both types of associations.
