Many of us do not use the portal and prefer to communicate directly with our clients via email and not send them an email to go look somewhere else for their email. Would be efficient to allow the option for emails triggered by events to be sent directly to Outlook and not through the portal. This will allow for greater automation of the closing process, without inconveniencing clients to go to the portal.
