Addition of field to input individual buyer or seller's DOB. It would be helpful in distinguishing buyer/seller with common name.

    Hello

    Thanks to your idea and votes. We just released this weekend a new DOB field on the Borrower and Seller Screens. This also will carry through in the Borrower and Seller Lookup. We are adding another enhancement soon where it will also show the DOB on the inital lookup screen (currently you have to click in to the record to see the DOB).
