We're fastidious about getting peoples' addresses correct. Especially the subject property address. Any time we enter any address, we look it up first. In our system, if the address contains the last four numbers of the extended zip code, that is our confirmation (internally) that the address has been verified. We have completely removed issues surrounding people giving wrong zip codes, addresses, etc. If the address cannot be verified, we go back to the party to get the correct address before an address becomes a problem. Since we use the USPS lookup so frequently, it would be awesome to have a lookup button installed next to any address field, with a "keep address" or "use USPS" address options that would allow the USPS ("correct") address to be inserted into the text fields.
