For 1031 Exchanges mostly on the settlement statements, to be able to have an area that we can make the signature line the way the QI is requesting versus having to change it in word.

Multy Tiered Entities

The program needs to have the ability to have muti-tiered entities. For instance, an LLC managed by another LLC, managed by a corporation, etc. Currently, the program cannot be used in this situation.

Ability to edit signature blocks

We often have a signer by POA or an entity managed by another entity. It would be helpful to be able to edit the signature block in the customer information screen rather than having to edit each individual document.
