Send attachments as PDF rather than a link.

I have found that many of our emails with attachments go unopened due to the fact that people are nervous to click on and open links.

It would be more helpful if the documents were sent as PDFs or Word documents.

    Hello

    We recommend using the Closing Portal whenever possible. Documents then get sent to the portal as PDF or Word (if it is a form you want them to fill out).
