A lot of brokerages charge additional fees to their sellers. Can this be implimented directly into the financial info screen? Otherwise we need to enter this data manually into the H. Other section on HUD-1 or CD. It would save additional steps and make it more in the forefront as the file is being created.

You can add HUD Defaults for these Transaction Fees. We also are looking at a way to have them stored in the Rolodex for the Broker and then displaying them, but in the meantime, you can create a HUD Default.
