When emailing within E-Closing, the recipients should be able to see who all the email was sent to (like Outlook). Then when they reply, it should go to all parties and keep everyone in the know of the transaction. We quit using this feature for that reason alone. No one knew who was getting emails and what their responses were.

We do have a setting in the Rolodex/Contacts section where you can choose how emails are sent out of E-Closing; One email per address or All recipients receive the same email. If you aren't set to All receive the one, we would recommend changing that setting.
As for updating how emails come back, we are looking in to an integration with emails.
