AM or PM creates an adittional click thru that the system should determine automatically and allow the user to change if it disagrees. But if I put in the time 10:18 , It has to be AM.
If i Put 1:08 it has to be PM. So it would be nice that based on the hour you put the AM/PM defaults to the logical conclusion , however allowing the user to overide if it was recorded at 1:08 AM, which is unrealistic,
